1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the rajajp188 platform, including the website accessible atrajajp188.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and rajajp188 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" The personal account created by a User upon successful registration with rajajp188, through which the User accesses the Platform and conducts transactions.
• "Balance" The total funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable), and winnings not yet withdrawn.
• "Bonus Funds" Any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account as part of a bonus or promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements as specified.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) The identity verification process through which rajp188 confirms a User's identity, age, and address using valid documentation.
• "Platform" The rajajp188 website (rajp188.cam), all associated pages, game interfaces, betting markets, cashier systems, and related digital services.
• "Wagering Requirement" The number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each individual bonus offer.

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with rajajp188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Your registration details are accurate, truthful, and complete. Any false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering binding contracts, you are not eligible to use this Platform.

4Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for the purpose of claiming additional bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. rajp188 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

4.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — is accurate and current. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

4.4 Account Dormancy. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. rajp188 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policies notified to you at the time of account opening or as subsequently updated.

5KYC Verification

5.1 rajp188 is required, under its licensing and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals and at other trigger points during the account lifecycle.

5.2 Required Documents. You may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's License (front and back).
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and residential address, dated within the preceding three (3) months.
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your identity document beside your face.
• For payment method verification: a screenshot or confirmation of the e-wallet or bank account registered in your name (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank).

5.3 Verification Timeframes. Standard KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Enhanced due diligence may require additional time. You will be notified by email upon successful verification or if further documentation is required.

5.4 Consequences of Non-Verification. rajp188 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals, suspend accounts, or hold funds pending completion of KYC. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, rajp188 may close the Account and return any undisputed deposited funds (minus any bonuses or winings derived from bonus funds) to the original payment method.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rajp188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

6.2 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. No currency conversion fees are applied by rajajp188, though third-party conversion costs may apply.

6.3 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency). Maximum deposit limits apply based on Account tier and payment method. Details are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Indicative processing times (after KYC clearance):

• E-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically5–30 minutes.
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, FPX, DuitNow): typically 1–3 banking hours, subject to bank processing schedules.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB): typically 15–60 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

6.5 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal request to be approved: (a) KYC verification completed; (b) all applicable wagering requirements satisfied; (c) withdrawal amount does not exceed Account tier limit; (d) Account in good standing with no pending investigations or disputes.

6.6 Same-Method Policy. For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals will generally be processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winings may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered to your Account.

6.7 Declined Transactions. rajp188 is not responsible for transaction failures caused by third-party payment processors, bank policies, or incorrect account details provided by the User. Ensure all payment information is accurate before submitting requests.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by rajajp188 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements results in forfeiture of remaining bonus funds.

7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer is available once per eligible Account, unless otherwise stated. Claiming a promotional offer using multiple accounts or by any fraudulent means will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7.4 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may have different contribution percentages. Please review individual promotion terms for game contribution details.

7.5 Promotional Abuse. rajp188 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time if fraudulent activity, coordinated bonus abuse, or breach of promotional terms is detected. Winings derived from abusive promotion use will be forfeited.

7.6 Expiry. Bonus funds have an expiry period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unclaimed or expired bonus funds will be removed from your Account without notice.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. rajp188 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet exceds applicable limits; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the bet was placed after an event's outcome was determined; or (d) a system error affected the odds or outcome.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted at any time.

8.3 Voided Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including (but not limited to): event cancellation, incorrect odds due to manifest error, incomplete event (where applicable rules require completion), or system malfunction. Voided bets will be refunded to the Account balance.

8.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets are accepted subject to real-time availability of odds. Delays between event action and bet acceptance are an inherent feature of live betting. rajp188 may void in-play bets where the outcome was already determined at the time of bet placement.

8.5 Game Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication disruption during a casino game session, the round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Account balance. rajp188 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures outside its control.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rajp188 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or maintaining more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors to gain financial advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of any third party, or accepting third-party funds for gambling purposes through your Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rajp188 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Any conduct that rajp188 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

10Responsible Gambling

10.1 rajp188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

10.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account Settings.

11Intellectual Property

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from rajajp188.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of rajp188's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

12Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rajajp188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

12.2 rajp188 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

12.3 In any event, rajajp188's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where limitation or exclusion would be unlawful.

13Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 rajp188 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or criminal activity on your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• A legal or regulatory authority requires us to do so.
• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Your Account has been dormant for twelve (12) or more consecutive months.

13.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat in your Account dashboard. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to KYC clearance.

13.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, rajajp188 may, at its discretion, withold funds pending investigation. Bonuses and winnings derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

14Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rajp188 holds its operating licence. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you must first contact rajajp188's customer support team via live chat. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes within seven (7) business days. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the complaint through the relevant licensed jurisdiction's dispute resolution mechanism.

14.3 Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.

15Amendments to Terms

15.1 rajp188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file and/or via a notice displayed upon login.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
